Peer Sorensen Bamboo Chopping Board - 45x30cm

A large bamboo chopping board with the surface for a proper prep session, and light enough to still be easy to move and wash.

• 100% bamboo. Naturally hard, so it resists knife marks and wear, and non-porous, so bacteria and odours do not linger. Dense fibres keep water out, and bamboo regrows fast enough to be genuinely renewable.
• Kinder to your knives. Timber is softer on a blade than glass or stone, so edges stay sharp longer.
• Naturally more hygienic than plastic. Wood has inherent antibacterial properties and does not hold the knife scarring that plastic does.
• Measures 45x30cm. Sized so you can check it against your bench before you buy.
• Finished to show the grain. Treated to bring out the colour and figure of the timber rather than bury it under a coating.
• Hand wash only. Warm soapy water and dry it straight away. Do not soak it and do not put it in the dishwasher.
